First 30 Days: Platform Fee Free
Your first 30 days are free from platform fees. During this period, you only pay for your actual channel usage. Applicable taxes are charged separately.

If you are on the Starter plan (₹1,000/month) and send 1,000 SMS during your first 30 days, with an SMS rate of ₹0.18 per SMS:
- SMS Usage: 1,000 × ₹0.18 = ₹180
- Platform Fee: ₹0
- GST @ 18%: ₹32.40
- Total payable: ₹212.40
From the second month, the regular ₹1,000 platform fee will be added to your channel usage charges.
For example, if you use the same 1,000 SMS in the second month:
₹1,000 Platform Fee + ₹180 SMS Usage + applicable GST.
