Startup benefits are available only after successful verification by the Authkey team.
The Startup Plan is exclusively for new Authkey customers.
A functional business website is required for startup verification. (Student startups may apply separately.)
A business email (e.g., you@yourcompany.com) is preferred. If you don't have one yet, you can apply using the "I don't have a business email" option.
Free credits are intended for transactional communication such as OTPs, alerts, notifications, and service updates.
Promotional or marketing messaging is not covered under the free credits. A limited number of test messages may be provided for evaluation.
SMS services in India require DLT registration before production use. Similarly, WhatsApp Business and Google RCS require their respective onboarding and approval processes.
Authkey reserves the right to approve, reject, or modify Startup Plan eligibility based on verification results and fair usage policies.
Free credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotional offers.
